I wrote about the basic concepts of energy (food) metabolism. That is, how your body takes the foods you eat and turns it into usable cellular energy for your activity.

I wrote about fat burning and muscle building supplements. What really works based on research, not word of mouth. In writing this book, I tried my best to focus on the facts based on current research and not opinions.

There is also a section on how many calories you should eat to lose weight, build muscle and perform at your best. You can either go through the simple step by step calculations to figure it out or you can follow my suggestions on how to guestimate what your needs are. It's up to you.
