Sample 10-Minute Recipes

Mango- Strawberry- Banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup soymilk
1 or 2 scoops protein powder*
1 teaspoon peanut butter
4-5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and pureŽ until smooth.
*One scoop of protein powder is probably enough for most women.
Athletic guys may need to use two. Use less liquid for a thicker,
creamier smoothie, or more to make it less thick.
