I know...the first question you're probably asking yourself is "why should you attend to my nutrition lecture?" What earth-shattering piece of information will I share with you to truely make it worth your while?


Why should you give up an hour of your precious time to come listen to material you've probably already heard or read about before? I know I wouldn't!!


My promise to you is that I will not try and sell you anything...I will simply share some information with you that I have found to be helpful to the thousands of clients I have worked with over the past 10 years.

--It is never too late to build your best body EVER (My oldest client is 65 and according to her, she not only looks better, but feels better NOW than she did in her thirties!)


Finally, let me say that I have no interest in lecturing you how to lose weight. Or what the best exercises are to target your troubled areas...anybody at your local gym will do that.


I am more interested in connecting with you and sharing with you how to be The Best You've Ever Been: Physically, Mentally, Spiritually! And it doesn't matter if you're 21 or 81! You can be The Best You've Ever Been! The only requirement? A higher level of RESPECT for your body and your Being and coming to realistic terms with your commitment to good nutrition and physical renewal!
