You
may know Del Millers as The Duke of Fitness, because the last 10
years has seen Del at the forefront of the Fitness and Transformation
movement-- writing books and speaking at conferences and retreats
across the United States.
But the fitness arena is only one area in which Del has been working
with clients to transform their lives. He's also a dancer, writer,
poet and performer. As a dancer, he has taught improvisational dance
movement at retreat centers across the United States. As a writer
and poet, his words have inspired thousands across the world to
participate in life as if they were "dancing with God." As a performer,
he has organized creative expression symposiums where participants
could feel safe to access their deeply buried creative gifts.
For over 10 years, Del Millers has focused solely on helping people
in all walks of life reshape their personal vision of what's possible
for themselves. Today, the journey continues. Del's primary work
is in helping others to create what he calls "unstoppable possibilities."
That is, to create in their lives what they would if they knew they
couldn't fail.

Del's energy and exuberance is simply contagious. When he walks
into a room, people stop and notice. Maybe it's the happy smile
on his face, which has resulted in his clients giving him the name
"Mr. Sunshine." Or maybe it's his quiet, but confident demeanor,
which radiates a sense of inner calm and oneness with all things.
Whatever it is, it attracts people like a magnet. As one colleague
puts it, "Del is a living, breathing example of the dancing marriage
of body and soul."
Del Millers believes that one should never stop learning and growing.
As such, his educational background and personal interests are as
varied as one could expect from a lover of life He has a Bachelor
of Science in Engineering; a Master's in Spiritual Psychology, a
Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences, and is the author of four
books. Del is also a Master Instructor in the ancient Chinese
arts of Kung
Fu and Tai
Chi Chuan; two arts he's been practicing since he was thirteen
years old. His hobbies include roller dancing at Venice Beach, "drug-free"
bodybuilding
competitions, tennis, skiing, salsa, and spending time alone at
the library or in the bookstore visiting with his "friends of the
mind."
Del Millers is a powerhouse, standing on a solid foundation of education
and experience. When he speaks, people want what he's got. The good
news is, he knows how to deliver.
