Dr.
Del Millers: Fitness and Transformation Pioneer
At age thirteen, Dr. Del began the study and practice of Chinese
Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan. After thirty years of practice, the martial
arts has helped to shape his personal philosophy of life. Through
the practice of Tai Chi Chuan Dr. Del has learned the importance
of balance, mindfulness and the power of being in the moment. His
years of dedicated practice has taught him the most important lesson
of all: A happy life is a harmonious balance of physical practice,
mastery of the mind and spiritual awareness. These are the
lessons he attempts to share through his writings, seminars and
personal interactions.
Dr. Del is by nature and Educational Entertainer. When
he works with an audience he draws from his own training as a professional
dancer, martial artist, and fitness pioneer to inspire and motivate
people to develop some form of regular (if not daily) physical practice.
As an educator, he teaches the importance of not just moving the
body, but also being mindful of what one puts into the body. For
this reason, Dr. Del has created his world famous 10-Minute
Meals program to share simple ideas and recipes with those who
are interested in honoring the sanctity of their bodies, regardless
of their impossible daily schedules.

Dr. Del's personal mission statement is "to inspire,
encourage and support personal growth and transformation through
healthy living." Over the years he has written four books
and hundreds of articles sharing his ideas on healthy living. His
first book, Dancing with God, shares
his ideas and philosophies on how to make any physical activity
a spiritual practice.
His last book, Simply DELicious,
shares simple meal planning guidelines and healthy 10-minute recipes
he has developed over the past two decades coaching his clients.
Dr. Del believes that one should never stop learning and growing.
As such, his educational background and personal interests are as
varied as one could expect from a lover of life. He has a Bachelor
of Science in Engineering; a Master's in Spiritual Psychology, and
a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences. Del is also a Master Instructor
of Kung Fu and Tai
Chi Chuan; two arts he's been practicing since he was thirteen
years old. His hobbies include roller dancing at Venice Beach, "drug-free"
bodybuilding competitions,
tennis, skiing, competitive latin ballroom dancing, and spending
time alone at the library or in the bookstore visiting with his
"friends of the mind."
Dr. Del is a powerhouse, standing on a solid foundation of education
and experience. When he speaks, people want what he's got. The good
news is, he knows how to deliver.
