Guidelines and Sample Meal Plan
- Eat 5-6 small meals per day, six days per week.
- Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday!
- Supplement your meals with JuicePlus+ Capsules, JuicePlus+ Complete
and other Protein Powders.
- Each meal should contain a serving of protein & complex carbohydrate.
- Have either a serving of fruit or 2-3 servings of steamed/raw
vegetables or a salad with each meal.
- Protein serving: fits in the palm of your hand...same thickness.
- Carbohydrate serving: the size of your fist.
SAMPLE MEALS:
***Drink one glass of water prior to each meal***
Breakfast Options:
(1) 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 scoop protein powder & 1 piece fruit
(2) Hard boiled egg whites w/ 1 piece of fruit
(3) JuicePlus+ Complete Meal Replacement shake
Mid-morning:
(1) JuicePlus+ Complete Meal Replacement shake
(2) 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1 portion fat-free, sugar-free
yogurt & 1 piece fruit.
Lunch:
(1) Chicken breast, small yam, 1/2 cup steamed vegetables & small
spinach salad
(2) Turkey burger & cup of vegetable soul
Mid-afternoon:
(1) JuicePlus+ Meal Replacement shake
(2) Chicken Breast & 1 piece fruit
Dinner:
(1) Grilled Chicken breast & 1/2 cup steamed vegetables & cup of
vegetable soup
(2) Grilled fish, 1/2 cup brown/wild rice, 1/2 cup steamed vegetables
& small spinach salad.
Late Evening:
