Most new exercisers or those getting back into it after a long hiatus make the mistake of trying to do to much too soon. Jogging for an hour each day five to six days per week is not realistic when you haven’t done it for a year or more. Neither is setting a goal to go to the gym everyday. It’s not going to happen.
