I
will help you avoid the number one mistake most new exercisers make…
Most new exercisers or those getting back into it after a long hiatus
make the mistake of trying to do to much too soon. Jogging for an
hour each day five to six days per week is not realistic when you
haven’t done it for a year or more. Neither is setting a goal
to go to the gym everyday. It’s not going to happen.
You haven’t been exercising because you’ve been spending
your time doing other things. So now that you’ve decided to
get started again, or for the first time, you have to think about
where is the time going to come from? Notice I didn’t say
where will you find the time. To make time for something new you
have to give up or spend less time doing something else. These are
all important details to consider when starting a new activity.
The beauty of my program
is that it is easy to make time to do something for ten minutes
at a time…
Most of us are use to taking ten minute breaks…so I want
you to think about taking ten minute exercise breaks…walk
around the block, up and down the stairs, get on your stationary
bike, put on some music and dance, jump on your mini-trampoline…you’ll
be amazed at how exhausting 10 minutes of activity can be, if you
do it very intensely…remember, exercising
for ten minutes each day is the equivalent of seventy minutes each
week or five hours each month.

Transition Meal Plan is designed to help you slowly ease
your way into your new habits. It doesn’t work to go from
